Direct Spaces Release Notes 1.7

To ensure your users are benefiting from the newest features, enhancements, and fixes, EMS Software recommends that you upgrade to the most current release of your EMS product.

You now need the .NET Framework 4.8 on the application server.

You only need the latest downloads for any component since they are cumulative.

If you want to get a Direct Spaces license contact your Accruent account executive.

Items with dependencies on a specific application version of the Direct Spaces app from Apple or Google Play Store are noted.

New Features

You can add Webex Conferencing to your booking if enabled in Desktop Client and Direct Spaces. (Application Version 2.5.11)

Enhancements

• We support custom room pins in floor plans. Pins must be 28x28 pixels or less. (Application Version 2.5.12)
• In Browse Locations, when you select a room, the room image displays if it’s configured.

• In Browse Locations, when you select a room, there’s a link available to open the floor plan for the room. (Application Version 2.5.12)

Improvements & Issues Fixed

• When you create a reservation without location services turned on, building choice defaults to a building on the highest priority template within the intent where you started your booking. (Hot Fix 1.6.1)
• When you submit a reservation, your Reservation Confirmation ID and Reservation ID in the Active Conversation history match. (Hot Fix 1.6.1)
• Some French translations that did not translate accurately, now translate as expected. (Hot Fix 1.6.2)
• In Settings and Support Assistant > Don’t Send Notifications to This Contact, users no longer receive an error. (Hot Fix 1.6.3)

• In Browse Locations, the last row of the table is no longer misaligned. (Application Version 2.5.12)
